Geren Ford Fall 2010
Every ensemble in Geren Ford 's Fall 2010 collection created an aesthetic of classic modernism and old Hollywood glamour. It's obvious that the designer (Geren Lockhart) draws inspiration from her travels; with art, film, music and architecture very apparent throughout the collection. Lockhart's use of leather worked in perfectly with the other pieces, as it added a bit of toughness to the rather feminine line. The garments were all exquisitely made and each pleat and fold fell with perfection. Long skirts and dresses were seen more than once and gave a nod to the designers rather avant-garde style.
